Luggage assistance was unavailable upon check-in, a drawback for those with physical limitations.

The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a lot of options to choose from. the location was convenient for getting around the city, as it was close to public transportation and local attractions. the amenities were satisfactory and the price was fair.

The staff wasn't very accommodating when it came to helping with luggage. Even though I had a broken foot and was using crutches, there was no assistance offered to help me with my bags.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The morning receptionist helped us with our carryon, a nice touch. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient and easy to find. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the variety of options available. the staff were friendly and helpful.
